The evening began with a perfect cool breeze, making it easy to get moving with our warmups.
After Band exercises and Dynamic Leg Work, we moved into our Progressive Sprints, following each Sprint with a Front Plank. Progressive Sprints went from 50% all the way to 90%, increasing by 10% each time. We finished with 2 by 100% with a small recovery in between.
Then we took a walk/easy jog to the right down the hill and set up stations:
1 Full Minute at each of the five stations for each round
Round 1: Circles Left 30 seconds, Circles Right 30 seconds
Round 2: Power Slams
Round 3: Circles Left 15 seconds/Right 15 seconds followed immediately with 30 seconds Power Slams
Round 1: Body Row
Round 2: Burpee
Round 3: Body Row 30 seconds followed immediately by 30 seconds of Burpee
Round 1: Rollouts
Round 2: Hypers
Round 3: Rollouts for 30 seconds followed immediately by 30 seconds of Hypers
Round 1: Squat to Row
Round 2: Paloff Press 30 seconds on each side
Round 3: Squat to Row for 30 seconds followed immediately by 15 seconds each of Paloff Press
Round 1: Single Leg Touchdown to Jump
Round 2: Rolling V-sit
Round 3: Single Leg Touchdown to Jump 15 seconds each leg followed immediately by 30 seconds of Rolling V-sit
