This Tuesday Night's BODY Bootcamp involved just 4 things:
And, we rocked it!!
After warm-ups, we did a few buddy exercises with the bands, then some light and easy overhead squats. Working our way into Jump Roping, Side Slams with the Sandbells, Single Leg Bell Jumps, Lunges with Bell Chops, Single Leg Bell RDLs, Burpees (of course!), and Side Planks.
We did the whole thing in the shade, due to the fact that it was still 88 degrees when we finished at 7pm!
