Starting off with back-to-back TABATAs after the warmup wasn't easy, but what a way to get the mind, body, and muscles going!
Ready for our 1-minute Interval stations:
Calisthenic: Full Situp
Sandbell: Forward Walking Lunge with Rear Leg Raise
Battlerope: Snake to Slam
30-second Intervals each side:
Calisthenic: Side V-ups
Sandbell: Single Leg RDL
Battlerope: Small Circles
Ending with focused muscle group strengthening: The Back!
Bent Over Scarecrows
The Team of Three ended with a good hearty stretch! Well Done!
