We began the evening with a variety of Dynamic Leg and Body Movements (lunges, toe touches, windmills, etc) along with Progressive Runs (sprints) from 50% of max to 90% of max, finishing with three 100% max sprints with as much rest as you need in between.
Then we chipped away at a big chunk of hearty workout:
10-Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
Hold Plank until Failure (One time only)
20, 10, 20, 10, 20
Lumberjack Squat (Squat to Center Chop)
Rear Alternating Lunge or Jumping Lunge
Mountain Climber
Then we finished up the night:
Band Side Walks and 4-Corner Agility + Quickness
TABATA Full 8: Single Leg Bridges and 1/2 V-ups
Band Side Walks and 4-Corner Agility + Quickness
