Summertime Training at the Studio!
Summer is here! Introduce something fun and new to the brain and body!
When it comes to training in the studio, there are so many options to choose from!
Try this workout:
Warmup with foamrolling (focus on the quads, IT Band, Glutes
Open up the Hips with TRX Squats, TRX Single Leg RDL (Stork Stance), TRX Lateral Lunge to Cross Back Squat
4 Rounds of descending timed sets (1 minute, 45 seconds, 30 seconds and 20 seconds):
Battlerope Alternating Waves
Kettlebell Hip Swings
Finish with a good round of stretching, opening up the hips and chest!
