Mountain Athletics Workout
Not enough people to hold BODY Bootcamp last night, so I took the opportunity to visit someone else's bootcamp. My awesome RWB teammates invited me to the North Face Mountain Athletics Free Workout at Marina Green. It was really fun!
After some great warm-up and mobility drills, including some pull-ups on the pull-up bars, our workout was focused on endurance:
15 Step Ups Each Leg
Rest 1 minute
Then we cooled down with some core and glute-focused exercises.
What a fantastic backdrop for workout! I see why so many people head out to Marina Green on Tuesday nights!!
