3/29/2016 BODY Bootcamp

This strong group of four made BODY Bootcamp look good, real good! Here's what we did:

Warmups with High Knee Runs, Butt Kick Runs, High Knee Skips, Lateral Shuffles, etc.

30 seconds x 30 seconds switch!

Person 1: Slow squat to stand x hold squat with pulse

Person 2: Battlerope alternating waves with step back lunge x Battlerope snakes

AMRAP 2:30

20 Jumping Jacks

20 Plank Saws

10 Burpees

10 each Side Plank Hip Drops

Release Run to Pullup Bars (1/4 mile)

TABATA TIME!!!! Woo hoo! With exercises on the TRX and Sandbells:

TRX Frog Tucks

TRX Knee Tuck Circles

TRX Split Raises


Sandbell Hip Swings

Sandbell Circle Slams

Sandbell Bias Jumping Lunge

Sandbell Figure-8 Dribble Drill
