Group Training at the Studio

Group Training at the Studio has been a "HIIT" -- pun intended! This was the last week at the studio before we take our toys and play outdoors. Here is the challenging workout for you to enjoy!

Warmups: Forward to Rear Lunges, Band Overhead Windmills, 3-point Hamstring reaches, Inner/Outer Leg Swings

3 ROUNDS OF:

5 MINUTES - how far can you row, run, or cycle?

1 MINUTE REST

1 MINUTE of each of the following 5 exercises with 10-15 SECONDS of transition

180 Squat Jumps (see picture for example)

Kettlebell Hip Swings

Band Torso Twist 30/30 seconds

Band-resisted Forward Leaps

Stability Ball Oblique Raises 30/30 seconds

1 MINUTE REST

3 ROUNDS OF THE FINISHER:

30 SECONDS no rest or transition time (keep moving!) until the end of all 5 exercises

Dumbbell Thrusters

Walkouts to Pushup

Dumbbell Arm Curls

Swimmers

Dumbbell Bent Over Rear Fly

30 SEONDS REST
