8/11/15 BODY Bootcamp


This BODY Bootcamp was full of Gal Power! These women demolished every exercise and welcomed the sweat and leg fatigue. By the end, they still had the energy to run the way back!

After the warm-up with many lunges, side shuffles, and grapevines, we reached our destination and dropped our gear. The workout went as planned:

Sprints and Skaters Tabata!!! -- What a start!

Partner exercises: 2 rounds of 30 seconds, then rotate stations

  1. Band Torso Twist

  2. TRX Mountain Climbers & Oblique Tucks

  3. Squat to Dynamax Ball Overhead Press & Battlerope Jumping lunge/step back lunge with Waves

Partner exercises: 2 rounds of 30 seconds, then rotate stations

  1. Band-resisted Jumps

  2. TRX Split Raises

  3. Dynamax Ball Oblique Throws

Team Challenge

Always gotta finish with a Team Challenge!

20 repetitions each of TRX Biceps and Triceps

While the rest of the team maintains:

Squat Hold with Partner-resisted side push

Battlerope Oblique Chops

The team finished with a time of 5:49!!! Way to go!!
